Jazz in the Gallery with Stolen Moments
Date TBA for 2025
The Blue Square Festival is delighted to present an evening of jazz music and visual art. Featuring music by Stolen Moments Trio: Kjell Goyer (guitar), Julian Paviour (trumpet) and Bertie McMahon (double bass) with special guest vocalist Tasha Hodges, who will weave the songs’ lyrics into her presentation and interpretation. The evening will transform the Gallery into a musical space for the audience to soak in the ambience of the visually stunning Blue Square exhibition. Words fail me when it comes to an exhibition that brings together my two loves: jazz music, and visual art. I’m sure you feel the same way. This website’s description really won’t do justice to it, and that’s why I’d like to invite you personally to the Blue Square Festival — Jazz in the Gallery.
This event will be intimate and relaxed. We will transform the gallery into a private soirée venue, where the audience will be seated and light refreshments provided.

The Blue Square Tea Party
The Blue Square Art Exhibition has a special tea room where you can make a free cup of tea while you browse the exhibition.
Recent years have brought bush fires, covid isolation, floods, and a looming economic recession. Now more than ever it is important to talk, listen and care for each other.
We hope that the Blue Square exhibition sets a tone for encouraging communication, interaction and connection. Let us all reach out and connect to each other.
LyndalT cups are featured in our tea room and are available for purchase during the exhibition.
